UNICON Agitators are engineered mixing solutions designed for reliable and uniform blending of liquids and slurries across industries such as paints, resins, chemicals, acids, breweries, and related process fields. With adjustable speed ranges of 500–6000 RPM for smaller units and 300–3000 RPM for larger models, the agitators provide optimal mixing while minimizing material degradation and improving final product quality. Available in multiple designs including manual mixers, pail-mounted, bung, and C-clamp types, UNICON agitators are versatile for varied tank and drum applications. Wide, full-width impellers ensure thorough mixing and help reduce sediment buildup in tanks. Units can be supplied with air motors from 0.25 kW to 3 kW, either integrated or separately, and can include optional linings, air or steam aeration, and heating or cooling provisions to suit specific process needs.
